US rock legend Bruce Springsteen has added a series of UK dates to his ‘Wrecking Ball’ world tour in 2013.
The New Jersey singer of rousing anthems like Born To Run and Dancing in the Dark will perform at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 15, Glasgow’s Hampden Park on June 18 and Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on June 20.
The tour then takes ‘The Boss’ to continental Europe before he arrives in Ireland for three further shows in July.
Springsteen, 63, shows no signs of slowing up. His Glastonbury headline set in 2009 was a tour de force, and the North American leg of his current ‘Wrecking Ball’ tour has seen him play some of the longest performances of his career.
Tickets for the European shows go on sale in December.
