The Prodigy will make Creamfields their only UK festival appearance this summer as the dance event announced a strong line-up for 2013.
The organisers of the festival, which takes place in Daresbury, Cheshire over the weekend of August 23–25, said they have invested around £500,000 in improvements to the festival site after heavy flooding forced it to close early last year.
Other big names confirmed for the dance festival include David Guetta, Tiësto and DJ Avicii, while Groove Armada are set to perform new material.
The line-up reads like a who’s who of UK clubbing culture, with veteran DJs like Paul Oakenfold, Richie Hawtin, Pete Tong and Paul Van Dyk booked for sets over the weekend.
There is also a live performance from AlunaGeorge and an appearance from the producer behind the Harlem Shake craze, Baauer, at the Annie Mac Presents stage.
