Three Blind Wolves and Prides to headline Wickerman’s goNORTH stage

Organisers of the Wickerman Festival have revealed the line-up for the goNORTH Festival Tour line-up, with Three Blind Wolves and Prides set to headline.

The goNORTH tent at Wickerman, which takes place at Dundrennan, Dumfries & Galloway on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27, is now in its third year and showcases a selection of the acts who performed at the Inverness festival last week.

Glasgow band Three Blind Wolves will headline the tent on the Friday, showcasing songs from their debut full-length album Sing Hallelujah For The Old Machine.

Also sure to be a highlight on the same night will be MC/drums combo Hector Bizerk and Dutch beat-boxer MAASK, who we profiled last week.

On Saturday polished electro-pop trio Prides, formerly known as Midnight Lion, will top the bill, joined on the same day by Highland indie-pop outfit Be Like Pablo.

Other acts confirmed for Wickerman who have recently featured on Radar include Edinburgh’s Plastic Animals, garage pop group The Yawns, Glasgow band Friends in America, literate indie collective Book Group and Alarm Bells, featuring members of Dananananaykroyd.

goNORTH Project Manager, Alex Smith, said:

“We are delighted to be returning to Wickerman again this summer. The festival has built a fantastic reputation for supporting emerging talent and embracing diversity, and we are really excited to be showcasing such a broad range of artists at the goNORTH Festival Tour Tent this year”.
