London’s Sundance film festival has unveiled a tremendous line-up of films and guests this year, including movies starring Michael Fassbender, Ryan Reynolds and Steve Coogan.
Feature film highlights include Frank – which sees Fassbender step into the shoes of cult comedian Frank Sidebottom – The Voices, which stars Reynolds as a troubled pet-owner, and The Trip To Italy, where Coogan teams-up with Rob Brydon once more as the pair head off on yet another fictional adventure.
In addition, former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker will be a special guest at a panel exploring how British documentary is pushing the boundaries in challenging the genres of music, biography and archive film.
Hosting 21 feature films and 18 short films over three days this spring, Sundance London will see twenty-three of these make their world, international, European or UK premieres.
Modern classics including Reservoir Dogs and Memento will also be screened as part of a celebration of Sundance-discovered favourites.
Sundance London takes place on April 25-27. Individual tickets go on sale this Friday, March 28 priced £12.50 – more info
