Edinburgh Festival Fringe Scotsman review (theatre): Lie Back and Think of England at C nova (Venue 145). Review by Susan Mansfield
A self-conscious supply teacher holds a sex education class. Lecoq-trained performer Rachel Lincoln whimpers her way through a series of mimes, getting a remarkable degree of innuendo out of two marker pens and a pencil sharpener.
With a few clever ideas, it still feels more an excuse for puerile humour than the proposed satire on the inadequacies of sex education in Britain.
Until 25 August. Today 4:45pm.
