#LIF15 Pale Ale / 822IPA
Northern Monk Brew Co. will launch a very special core range beer during Leeds Indie Food. Welcome the 822IPA. In homage to the first referenced beer-making back in 822AD. The 822 Double IPA will showcase the best of today’s hops (Simcoe, Mosiac, Amarillo and Centennial). Expect a rich mouth-filling malt base and smooth bitterness. Launching at 8:22pm on 8th May at The Northern Monk Refectory.
Leeds Indie Food will also have their own beer available on taps in Leeds during the festival. Think of it as being a little bit fresh and a little bit light and will be perfect for consuming through the summer months and throughout the festival. Pale Ale. #LIF15 is just 4.5% and brewed by Northern Monk Brew co.
