Dizzee Rascal among first names for Sheffield’s Tramlines Festival
Dizzee Rascal

Sheffield’s urban festival Tramlines has announced the first round of acts set to appear next July, with some stellar names already on the bill.

Tramlines sees the Steel City come alive with music, with live acts spread out across various venues including Plug, The Leadmill, 02 Academy and City Hall.

Whilst the full line-up is still yet to be padded out, the initial names show a lot of promise. UK rap star Dizzee Rascal is one of the stand-out names signed up so far, with a back catalogue so strong you’d be struggling to fit every hit into a single headline set.

Edinburgh’s alt-pop trio Young Fathers are also signed up for the Summer festival – as well as Field Music, C Duncan, Hinds and Trash.

Tramlines will take place at various venues across Sheffield, July 22-24

See you down the front.
