We’ve got the scoop on the best new bars for you to check out, plus a sneak preview of one that’s coming soon…
The Martini Room, located on Brighton’s West Street, opened for business on Jan 29. Offering an ‘eclectic combination’ of dining experiences, not only does Martini Room serve stylish cocktails, but it also whips up some fine Italian cuisine. The cocktail list is impressive, including the Breakfast Martini, the Storm in a Teacup, the Caribbean Cruise and the Mint Chocolate Martini. There’s also the Tea Pot Cocktail (£14.95) which is served up in, you guessed it, a fancy tea pot.

Fancy enjoying a cool beer right next to Brighton seafront? Then head to Stock Burger Co, which officially opened on Jan 28. Although definitely a place to go if you’re in the mood for a great burger, Stock Burger Co is also a restaurant bar where you can grab a craft beer or cocktails on the menu. There’s even a Stockburger IPA, which was created for the bar by the local brewery with American Mosaic hops. If alcoholic shakes are your thing, give the Oreo & Bourbon Milkshake a go, loaded with 50ml of premium spirit.
