Pan-n-Ice are serving ice cream like you’ve never seen it before

It’s ice cream, but not as we know it. Set up by two 21 year olds who were inspired on a trip to Thailand, Pan-n-Ice is a young Bristol business that brings together the unlikely pairing of ice cream and theatre.

As of two weeks ago, Pan-n-Ice have found a permanent home at Cabot Circus shopping centre, where you can buy coffee and hot chocolate as well as their famous sweet treats.

The concept is simple – choose as many tasty ingredients as you like and they’ll be poured and placed onto frozen pans before everything is smashed up before your very eyes using two spatulas.

Then comes the performance, as the ice cream mix freezes and your custom made ice cream rolls are scraped off the pan and served up.

You can pay a visit to the baby pink retro Citroen van that houses Pan-n-Ice in Cabot Circus, or keep your eyes peeled at events like Snowboxx, the Ideal Home Show and Foodies Festival to sample their wares further afield.

Follow Pan-n-Ice on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates, or check out their website –
