Here’s how your city is paying tribute to Orlando
Glasgow rainbow flag

We, like the rest of the world, were deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic events in Orlando on Sunday.

There truly are no words, but the strength, support and solidarity shared worldwide since the shooting took place is a small comfort during such a horrifying time.

We may be thousands of miles away, but many of us in the UK – whether we’re part of the LGBT community or not – would like to reach out to Florida and pay tribute to the more than 100 people who were murdered or injured in this senseless and prejudiced attack.

From candlelit vigils, to rainbow flags at half mast, here’s how your city is doing its bit to pay respect to those affected. Don’t be afraid to show your support and stand up for Orlando.
