Mancunian indie fans flocked to the Etihad Stadium last night for The Stone Roses’ first reunion show

Ian Brown and co. have been making waves over the last few months, following a ‘will-they-won’t-they’ guessing game about their reunion and the new material.

The Stone Roses are playing a series of four gigs in Manchester, accompanied by ’90s hip-hop pioneers Public Enemy and a rolling set of support.

The first show got underway last night and people went crazy for it.

The dress code was fully implemented

No classics were left unplayed

All in all, many were just happy to see their indie heroes back together on the big stage.
