Star Trek Film Festival beams down to Blackpool this summer

Sci-fi fans will want to travel at warp speed to Blackpool this July, when the Star Trek Film Festival arrives at the Opera House to celebrate the franchise’s 50th anniversary.

There’ll be a chance to see the latest instalment in the franchise, Star Trek Beyond, as well as an opportunity to watch every other Star Trek film on the biggest screen in the north west.

News of the festival comes after the announcement of Star Trek: The Exhibition, which will arrive on the Golden Mile from 30 June, while the Illuminations will also feature Star Trek from September.
