Fans of the Harry Potter franchise will be excited to hear that there will be a series of concerts next year, celebrating the music from the movies.

The concerts will be based around John Williams‘ score of the first movie Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone, conducted by Justin Freer and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, while the film plays on a 40 foot screen.

Pottermania is seeing a resurgence this year since the release of the new play Harry Potter &The Cursed Child and there’s no sign of it stopping, with spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them set to be released in November.

The show kicks off at London’s Royal Albert Hall next May, with tickets available from this Friday on Ticketmaster.

Harry Potter Film Concert Series tour dates:

12-13 May 2017: London – Royal Albert Hall (three shows)
