‘Bill And Ted 3′ script is ‘looking good’, says Keanu Reeves
Fans have been waiting more than 20 years for another excellent adventure – but long-awaited comedy sequel Bill And Ted 3 is coming along just fine according to star Keanu Reeves.
Reeves, who played lovable dimwit Ted Theodore Logan in the first two cult classic movies, says he’s seen parts of the script for the duo’s third outing, and is impressed by what he’s read.
Speaking to We Got This Covered, the star revealed:
“I haven’t seen a full script for it yet, but it’s coming along. I’ve seen bits and pieces of a script and it looks good.”
Alex Winter, who co-starred as Bill in the much-loved fantasy capers, has previously said that the plot may involve the pair of rock-loving slackers time-travelling to the prehistoric era.
Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey were moderate box office successes on their release back in 1989 and 1991, and rapidly acquired a sizable and enthusiastic fanbase.
It has been suggested that Bogus Journey co-star William Sadler could reprise his role as the Grim Reaper for Bill And Ted 3.
