Fall Out Boy lead nominations for Kerrang! Awards

The nominations for this year’s Kerrang! Awards have been revealed, with Fall Out Boy, Bring Me The Horizon and Pierce The Veil all up for four gongs.

The awards celebrate the best in rock and metal music, and this year American bands feature strongly, with Green Day, All Time Low and Paramore all in the mix.

Fall Out Boy, who reunited earlier this year, are up for best single (twice), best international band and best event.

In the best festival category, Download goes up against Slam Dunk Festival, Reading and Leeds, Hit The Deck and the Vans Warped Tour UK.

Biffy Clyro, All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, Don Broco and Pierce The Veil will fight it out in the best album category.

The Kerrang! Awards are held in London on June 13 and will be hosted by Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian.
