Lana Del Rey plays a lonely bride in new video for ‘Ultraviolence’ – watch

Lana Del Rey has unveiled the new video for her single ‘Ultraviolence’, in which she plays a lone bride walking down the aisle.

Del Rey, who is known for her haunting vocals, performing at Kimye’s wedding and most recently her “I just want to die” controversy, released the video for the title track from her second album last night.

Directed by Francesco Carrozzini, the grainy, washed-out colours gives the impression of a vintage home video, and finds Lana wearing a short-hemmed retro wedding dress (a theme that has featured in past clips) as she stares straight into the camera with a come-hither look.

But what’s this? The video also features an unidentified man’s hand that every so often appears in the frame, for Lana to suck on the fingers.

Tragically, though, the promo ends with Del Rey alone at the altar. Aww.
