Waterlines by Will Maclean and Marian Leven, is the first sculptural collaboration between two of Scotland's most highly regarded artists. The exhibition features items from the special collections and museums at the University of Aberdeen. Aberdeen's maritime heritage is highlighted in the work and the sculpture also makes visual comment on the rich collections of sculptured standing stones that mark the surrounding landscape throughout Aberdeenshire.
About this venue
The Sir Duncan Rice Library is a 21st century space for learning and research. It houses the largest of the University's modern collections on Floors 1-7 - including Arts, Humanities, Sciences and Social Sciences.
