This weekend sees the return of World Gin Day, so why not celebrate with a tipple in one of the best gin joints in Manchester?
Whether you’re looking for a small batch, hand crafted distillation, or just a summery gin-based cocktail to relax with on a balmy evening, we’ve picked five of our favourite spots in Manchester for a G&T or two.
— Allotment Bar (@AllotmentBar) June 4, 2015
Nestled in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, new gin bar Allotment offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life with its pretty greenery. Laze the day away on their picnic benches or prop the bar up and sample the gins. Try an Aviation cocktail – Daffy’s Gin, Luxardo Maraschino, Crème de Violette, lemon juice and zest, or a Fig Martini – Beefeater and Cointreau muddled with sugar, lemon juice and fresh figs.
