Edinburgh Festival Fringe theatre review: A Sudden Burst of Blinding Light, reviewed by The Scotsman’s Susan Mansfield

★★

There are two very different things going on this show by young company London Grey and Green.

One is the story of Jude and Leon, two young people living in the city, beginning to find themselves and each other. The other is This is Your Mind, a game show about mental health, with manic hosts.

There is some fine writing by Ben Maier in the Jude/Leon sections, and plenty of energy from the five-strong cast, but the two conflicting styles pull the show in opposite directions.
