Kanye West’s Famous has an unofficial video – and it’s glorious
Aziz Ansari

How do you upstage one of the most controversial lyrics of 2016 so far? It’s simple, if you’re Eric Wareheim and Aziz Ansari.

Yep, whilst Kanye West may have been recently spotted on the Isle of Skye working on a new music video – American comedians Eric Wareheim (one half of Tim and Eric) and Aziz Ansari (star of Master of None) were away in Rome, creating a very unofficial video for Kanye’s track ‘Famous’ from the much-awaited The Life of Pablo.

The track became notorious from the moment it was played at the album’s launch party at Madison Sqaure Garden, mostly due to a fairly clunky joke / confession about West’s thoughts on relations with Taylor Swift.

Somehow, Aziz and Eric’s Roman holiday has even managed to upstage that – with the help of some artsy bicycle shots, succulent dinner eating, suspect dance moves and plenty of confused Italians.

We’re happy to back any petition which forces Kanye to use this as the official video.
